I have found that in this season, particularly, it’s important to realize what helps us get through the day. Elaine Hamilton and I sat down and went through our lists of what we’re loving lately, specifically those things that are bringing us inspiration, comfort, and miraculous skin. Our conversation became Episode #24 of my podcast, and we titled it “Loving Lately.”

Here are some of things we mentioned in our conversation (nothing here is sponsored, FYI):

Making the Cut
Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn have started a new show together. It’s similar to Project Runway but with a few different twists. So so magical to be transported to New York, Paris, and Toyko for a bit. I also took some notes on running and expanding a business.

Ice Roller
I am in love with this thing. A quarantine lifesaver. I put it in the freezer and then roll it on my eyes every morning. It’s soothing, refreshing, de-puffing, and makes me happy. A lot of goodness for $12.99.

Skill Share
This was one of Elaine’s “loving lately” ideas. Skill share is a website where you can sign up for classes featuring subjects you want to learn more about. Elaine shared that she watched Emily Henderson’s interior design classes and loved them!

I also want to add the podcast Poetry Unbound with Padraig O Tuama. This podcast is a very brief deep dive into a single poem. Most episodes are 8-10 minutes. It’s like a meditation or devotional that brings beauty and inspiration in one, rich bite. Cannot recommend enough!

What are you loving lately? What’s nourishing you and helping you begin again? I’d love to know! Sometimes it’s the smallest ritual, the lightest touch, the most random indulgence.

As always, I hope you are taking good care of yourselves and you are paying attention to the simple loves that are getting you through your days!

With love upon love,

Leeana
